In 1973, Richard “Dick” LeValley purchased the Oldsmobile-Cadillac-Fiat Dealership in Benton Harbor, moved his family from Grand Rapids, and was the general manager of Orson Coe Pontiac GMC. In 1985 Dick purchased the GMC franchise from the Zerbel family. Fredrick “Dudley” LeValley purchased the dealership from his father in August 2000. In 2001, Dudley purchased the Buick and Pontiac franchises from the Schroder Family and sold the Oldsmobile franchise back to General Motors. In July 2009 Dudley sold his property in Benton Harbor. During that time, Dudley purchased Frank Pastrick Chevrolet, becoming LeValley Chevrolet- Buick-GMC, to better serve the surrounding area.
